Shine Cool Tint Shop creates a barrier between your car interior and the outside world. When intruder tries to break the window, the glass shards are held together providing shatter-proof performance that slows down any attempts. We provide 125-150 micron window films, which thickness range from 5 to 6mil.
Types Of Tinted Films
Dyed Film
Dyed window tint film, is the most economical type of window-tinting film – least expensive and rather less functional than the others – blocks light rays by the addition of dye to the film; the dye is placed in a layer next to the adhesive, and then applied to the window. Solar heat is absorbed by the dye in the film, thus preventing some of the heat from entering through the window.
Metalized Film
The metallized film, keeps heat away from interior space by reflecting it away. This metallic content strengthens the window as well; the window will be much more shatter-resistant when metallized film is used. Metallized window-tinting film creates a shiny appearance from the outside. It is more resistant to scratches than dyed film.
Nano Ceramic Film
Ceramic film is another quality type of window tint film, and also expensive, contains neither metal, dye, nor infrared ink but instead a kind of ceramic particle.. Ceramic window-tinting film cuts from 45% to 50% of the solar heat that enters through the windows in the form of infrared light, while allowing maximum visibility both by day and night.
Safety & Security Film
Safety and security window films are polyester or PET films that are applied to glass and glazing to hold them together if the glass is shattered. The films are adhesive coated to bond them to the glass. Safety and security films can have components added, such as for solar control and decorative effects
Nano Sputtering Film
Sputter film is a superior performance film produced from the high-tech controlled sputtering equipment. The film is coated with heat rejecting materials/substrates and still maintains clear visibility. The process provides durable coating with long lifetime characteristics.
